You must have a retail store to purchase from us! We do not sell wholesale to private individuals. We require a valid tax identification number to open your account. We may require additional information (such as a photo of your storefront) to open your account.

MINIMUMS: Minimum opening order is $150. Minimum reorder is $100. All orders must be in the minimum quantities (or multiples) shown.
NOT INCLUDED: We show you how to display our items but candles, florals, and other items shown are not included with the product.  
CLAIMS: All claims FOR DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
We check all orders twice and pack carefully to ensure adequate protection during shipping. If you receive a box that appears damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier's receiving form and ask for a claim form. The carrier is responsible for damage during shipping. In the event of any damage, you must save all boxes and packaging. Without this, there is no recourse to gaining a refund.

Please remember that our items are reproductions of antique pieces. As such, they are supposed to have chips, cracks, etc., to give them an authentic look. Fabric and colors may vary slightly.
REFUSED ORDERS/RETURNS: All sales are final on wholesale merchandise. no returns accepted.  No returns on closeouts.  All battery operated candles must be checked and claimed within 30 days of receipt.  A 20% restocking fee will apply to refused or returned shipments or items. You are responsible for shipping charges.  No refunds will be given on shipping and handling.
SHIPPING: All merchandise is shipped FOB Salisbury, MD, as it comes in and is available.  Some items require truck shipment, designated by the truck symbol next to the item in the catalog.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by weight, dimension and destination of the package,
BACK ORDERS: All back orders of $50 or more will automatically be processed.  Back orders of under $50 will be added to your next order.
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover only. We must have a valid credit card at the time the order is placed. Your credit card will be charged only when the items are shipped. Merchandise will not be reserved without a credit card. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We're sorry, but we don't offer terms.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: All changes or cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the ship date. We must receive cancellation by calling, fax or e-mail.
PRICING: Unless specified, price is per piece.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT: Our photographs are copyrighted and are not to be used by others in any form of print catalog, advertisements or websites. Any reproduction of our photographs is strictly prohibited. Any use of our products in a printed catalog or published advertisement is strictly prohibited.
Failure to abide by our terms will result in suspension of your account.
